~How to enjoy~
– Put 12-15g (2 teaspoonful) of Kan-matcha in 120-150cc of cold or hot water and stir well.
Use milk or soybean milk to serve it as matcha au lait.
It can be served iced or hot.
– Use less water to make matcha cyrup, which can be used on white dumplings, vanilla icecream, etc.
– Sprinkle Kan-matcha powder directly on nonsweatened yogurt, toasted bread with butter, etc.
– Make your own “matcha” sweets!
